One-Stop Service Center

ONE-STOP Service Center provides services mainly on issuing certificates, student ID card and running ‘Lost & Found’ for the personal belongings lost on both Humanities & Social Sciences and Science & Engineering campuses.

The detailed services are as follows;

Issuing certificates for students : Academic Transcript (official academic records), Certificate of Enrollment and various other official documents. Please make a visit to the center to request certificates.

Issuing international student general ID card (No financial function) :

Those who have not applied online, can visit the ONE-STOP service center with a passport-sized photo and apply for a general ID card.
For smart student ID card with financial function (Debit card), you need to visit your department office to register your Alien Registration Number first and then visit Hana Bank on campus with Alien Registration card and apply.

Replacement cards for students :

If you lose your general ID card, you may obtain a replacement card at ONE-STOP service center.
If you lose your smart ID card, once you obtain the replacement card you need to take the card to WASAC BASAC(Hana bank branch) in central plaza to add financial function.

Lost & Found service

All lost properties on campus are sent to Lost & Found at ONE-STOP service center. Every item is carefully recorded and safely kept until the owner collects it.
If an item has contact information, the center would immediately contact the person to collect the item If the owner of the lost item can not be identified, information about the item will be posted for a month on the official Korea University website. The item will be kept in storage for a maximum period of three months including the period of a month-long website posting.

ONE-STOP service center shall dispose the item that has dangerous and harmful elements in it within 3 months. (eg. food items, flammable substances, potential cause of odors and other items deemed dangerous for storage)

Installed at ONE-STOP service center (Humanities & Social Sciences campus, Science & Engineering campus)

Mobile phone charging service available at One-stop service center (Humanities & Social Sciences campus only)
