※ F 또는 A 비자 등 다른 체류자격을 가진 학생도 반드시 입국서약서와 신입생 서베이를 제출해주시기 바랍니다.

[단체 외국인등록증 접수]

- 1차 접수 기간: 2026.08.10 09:00~2026.08.31 18:00

- 준비 서류 및 문의: 상세 준비 서류 확인 및 1:1 문의는 위 신청 링크 페이지 내에서 확인 가능

- 주의사항: 신청 완료 후, 신입생 구글서베이(https://forms.gle/bQRNAxFVrCbpgGNTA)에 단체 외국인등록증 접수 완료 화면 스크린샷을 반드시 첨부 및 제출하셔야 합니다. 입국신고서 제출은 GSC 직접 방문하여 제출해야합니다. 양식은 GSC에 있습니다.

[Group Alien Registration Card (ARC) Application]

- 1st Application Period: August 10, 2026, 09:00 – August 31, 2026, 18:00

- Required Documents & Inquiries: You can check the detailed list of required documents and access 1:1 inquiries directly via the application link above.

- Important Notice: After completing your application, you must attach and submit a screenshot of the completed Group ARC Application screen to the Freshmen Google Form (https://forms.gle/bQRNAxFVrCbpgGNTA). The arrival report must be submitted in person at the GSC, where you can pick up the form.
