외국인등록증 신청 관련 유의사항 안내 1. 외국인등록증을 신청하였으나 등록증 카드를 받기 전에 출국을 하고자 하는 경우, 출국 전 '외국인등록 사실증명서'를 발급받아야 합니다. 외국인등록 사실증명서 신청 절차: 1) 국번없이 1345로 본인의 외국인등록증 신청 건에 대해 허가여부 확인 2) 허가 안내를 받은 경우, 가까운 동사무소, 구청, 시청, 출입국사무소, 공항에서 신청(방문예약은 필요없으며, 여권, 현금 2,000원 필요) 3) 출입국 심사 시 여권과 함께 '외국인등록 사실증명서'를 함께 제시 유의사항 * 외국인등록 사실증명서는 등록증을 신청하면 모두 발급되는 것은 아니며, 1345를 통해 신청 허가확인이 된 학생의 경우에만 발급이 가능합니다. 1345 → 1 → 0 번을 누르고 상담원 연결 후 본인의 인적사항 (여권 이름, 여권 번호, 국적, 생년월일 등) 확인을 거쳐 신청 결과를 안내 받을 수 있습니다. * 허가가 나오기 전 출국하는 경우 D-2 비자는 자동으로 종료됩니다. 2. 현재 외국인등록증은 가지고 있으며 기간 연장 또는 변경을 신청한 경우 출국을 원하는 경우, 반드시 신청 건에 대해 출입국의 허가완료 이후 출국이 가능하오니 참고하시기 바랍니다. (외국인등록 사실증명서로 대체 불가능) Notes for ARC / ARC extension 1. If you want to leave before getting your ARC CARD (but after your ARC application is completely processed), 'Certificate of The Facts of Alien Registration' need to be issued. How to issue a Certificate of The Facts of Alien Registration: 1) Call 1345, and check if your application is completely processed 2) Visit dong-office / gu-office / city hall / immigration office / airport and apply for CERTIFICATE OF ALIEN REGISTRATION. (You have to bring your passport and 2,000￦, no reservation needed) 3) Present your passport and CERTIFICATE OF ALIEN REGISTRATION during the immigration screening. Notes * CERTIFICATE OF ALIEN REGISTRATION is not issued if your application of ARC is not completely processed. Call 1345 and press 1 → 0 , and inform the adviser of your identity information(name, passport number, nationality, birth date, etc.). And the adviser will let you know whether or not your application of ARC is completely processed. * If you leave before your application of ARC is completely processed, your D-2 visa will be automatically expired. 2. When you have your ARC card but applied for an extension/change You can leave ONLY AFTER your application is completely processed. (CERTIFICATE OF ALIEN REGISTRATION cannot be an alternative)
