| 안녕하세요. 26-1 외국인 신입생 여러분에게 환영의 의미로 웰컴키트를 배부하오니, 아래 내용을 참고하여 수령하시기 바랍니다. 배부 물품: 노트북 파우치, 카드지갑, 그립톡, 인형, 에코백 등 배부 기간: 2026년3월12일(목) ~ 3월20일(금) 배부 장소: 글로벌서비스센터(동원글로벌리더십홀 201호) 준비물: 여권 또는 외국인등록증(본인 확인용) 대리수령을 원할 경우, 위임자가 GSC로 사전 이메일을 보내야 합니다. 이메일에는 아래 정보가 포함되어야 합니다. 위임자 학번 및 이름 위임자 여권 또는 외국인등록증 사본 대리수령자 생년월일 및 이름 또한 대리수령자는 본인의 여권 또는 외국인등록증을 지참해야합니다. 웰컴키트는 재고가 한정되어 있으며 선착순으로 배부됩니다. 재고 소진 시 조기 마감될 수 있으니 참고 바랍니다. 감사합니다. Items: Laptop pouch, card wallet, phone grip, plush toy, eco bag, etc. Distribution Period: March 12th(Thu) ~ March 20th(Fri), 2026 Venue: Global Services Center(201, Dongwon Global Leadership Hall) Required Item: Passport or Registration Card (for identity verification)] If you wish to have someone pick up the kit on your behalf, the delegator must email GSC in advance with the following information: Delegator’s student ID and name Delegator’s passport copy Proxy’s date of birth and name Also, proxy MUST bring their Passport or Registration Card(RC). Please note that the welcome kits are limited in quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Distribution may close early once stock is depleted.
